Team & Leadership Journeys

The path to becoming an exceptional leader or a highly performing team can be envisioned as a journey up a winding road: unpredictable, yet rich with discovery and confidence building with every step. Our partnership aims to promote growth and awareness during the crucial moments on that journey.

MOMENTUM

To close the gender gap in higher education leadership roles, in collaboration with a variety of Institutes in German Universities, we have designed a journey for professional women who wish to strengthen their leadership competencies and move into more senior leadership positions. In a 9-month self-reflective and experiential journey, which kicks-off with a Leadership Circle Profile and coaching session, each woman identifies her own personal development focus and uses everyday situations to experiment. This project has been ongoing since 2018For more information, connect with Maren Telsemeyer: maren.telsemeyer@i2a-network.com
